PTO Golf Co. — Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every PTO Golf Co. product you receive. Here's how we handle exchanges and issues.


Size Exchanges

Not quite the right fit? We've got you.

We offer a one time size exchange within 30 days of delivery in the form of store credit equal to the full purchase price of the item.

To start a size exchange email us at ptogolfco@gmail.com with your order number and the size issue. We'll send you a store credit code and a return shipping address. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for exchange.

Please note — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect we'll make it right immediately.

Email us at ptogolfco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required. Just send us a photo of the issue and we'll take care of the rest.


All Sales Final — Exceptions

Because our products are made to order we are unable to accept returns for the following:

— Change of mind

— Incorrect size ordered without exchange request

— Minor color variations between screen display and print result


Store Credit

Store credit is issued within 1–2 business days of receiving your returned item. Credits do not expire and can be used on any future PTO Golf Co. purchase.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
